Since opening in August of 2009, Toscana Café has quickly distinguished itself as one of the most friendly, affordable and tasty restaurants on Capitol Hill. Toscana Café is unpretentious and charming, an upscale casual restaurant for the otherwise nearly restaurant-starved Capitol Hill community.
