We appreciate your order as far in advance as possible. Please allow 24 hours notice for you catering orders. If you are ordering last minute, please call for availability. Catering menu orders must be 10ppl or more only.
Delivery and Set-Up
Toscana Catering delivers in the Washington, DC area, including Northern Virginia, the District and Suburban Maryland. Please give a 30 minute window of delivery when placing your order. The delivery charge will be based on distance from our facility. Equipment pickups will be charged an additional fee.
Cancellations must be received via e-mail or in written form no later than 24 hours prior to your event. Orders canceled less than 24 hours prior to the event will result in a charge to the client, including events canceled due to inclement weather.
Full-service events are subject to a 72 hour notice in regards to cancellations.
We accept cash, check and all major credit cards for payment. Corporate accounts are available upon completing an account application and the provision of a credit card number. Orders may also require a 50% deposit.
Full payment is due prior to delivery.

Equipment and Utensils
Drop-off orders will be presented on high-quality disposable serving platters. Disposable utensils, plastic plates, serving utensils and paper napkins are available at $1.50 per guest. Hot menu items will require the rental of a chafing dish. Chrome chafing dishes and disposable wire chafing dishes are available. Toscana Catering can also provide dishes, linen, fine china, glasses, silverware, tables and chairs upon request. Please inquire for pricing.
